Shipping
The shipping cost of your order is based on the total order value and will be added automatically to your order if your order is to be shipped within the US. All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service using Priority Mail which delivers in approximately 3 days. The shipping cost includes the cost of the mailing, plus a tracking number to facilitate the tracking of your order once it is shipped, and insurance for both your and our protection.
If you wish to have your order shipped via other carriers, please email us before placing your order.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES.
Effective January 2012 the postal service increased the rates for all shipping. As a result, we had to increase our shipping costs. We use zones and rates to match the typical ordering quantities of our customers. You can determine your shipping cost when you place items into the shopping cart by entering your zip code for customers located in the USA.

We routinely ship via Priority Mail within the USA as this provides us with tracking of your package and insurance. We can ship via other methods upon request. We can ship via Express Mail for those customers that needs their order shipped overnight at additional cost. We can also ship via UPS or FedEx if needed at additional cost. Please include and special shipping requests in the comments section when placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For orders outside of the US, additional shipping and handling charges will apply. We currently are requesting a minimum authorization of $40.30 USD for Express Mail International which should arrive in 3-5 business days and $41.86 USD for Priority Mail International which should arrive in 6-10 business days with your order. If your shipping and handling costs are less, we will refund the remainder of the authorization against your credit card. If the cost is more, we will issue an additional charge to your credit card. We ship to most international orders via Express Mail International or Priority Mail International as the US Postal Service now offers insurance and tracking to most countries. The insurance is required for both our and your protection. For most orders that you request Express Mail International we are now shipping also via FedEx as their rates are more competitive and the package arrives in 2-3 days for customs clearance.

We will not send partial shipments of International orders. All items ordered will be shipped in one shipment only, unless you make separate arrangements by contacting us.
All customers are responsible for any customs duties or other fees imposed by their country on their order. Sheersox does not include any customs duties in the shipping cost as we would have no way of knowing the actual cost for each country and have no way of paying the customs duties in advance.
