Due to state health and hygiene regulations, all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If your socks are defective or were shipped in error, please notify us immediately for a return authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any item that is returned for exchange or refund must be repacked and returned in their original condition and received within 7 days of receipt.
Items contaminated by tobacco smoke or not in a clean condition are not accepted. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on items returned in exchange for different styles or refund. Please note that our exchange/refund policy is to protect our customers and to keep our prices low.
We are currently working on a program with the US Postal Service to allow online processing of returns. We will keep you informed through this page on the continuing progress of this program.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES.
To insure credit for your returns or exchanges, please do the following:
1. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We will accept an exchange or return based upon the above mentioned health restrictions within 7 days from the date of receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this time period.
2. Contact Sheersox through either email or via telephone at 713-585-6113 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Your return must be received by Sheersox within 7 days from the date the RMA number is issued.
3. To insure that an exchange can be made or that a credit can be issued, all items must be returned in original condition, as determined by Sheersox. All manufacturer's tags, brand attachments, price tags, as well as all product materials and information, etc. must be in original, unaltered condition.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
4. Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton. You may use the original shipping carton, if you wish, only if it is not damaged and in sturdy condition. Print the RMA number on the top of the shipping carton. Ship the returned items back by the most convenient means. We strongly suggest that you ship using an insurable method. Please enclose a copy (you should keep the original) of your sales receipts along with a note explaining exactly the reason for the return.
5. You must ship your return or exchange to the following address only:

6. Credit for returns are normally processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card used when the original order was placed or we may issue you a refund check as we deem appropriate. In the event your order was paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you at the address to which we shipped the order.
7. Sheersox is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or disregard, or by failure to follow washing and/or cleaning instructions.
